Haneen Ottallah is originally from Wauchula, Florida. Dr. Ottallah received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Sciences from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina. Dr. Ottallah completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Tampa General Hospital. Her practice interests include bone marrow transplant and cellular therapies. Dr. Ottallah serves on the Oncology Formulary Evaluation Team. This year, her research focuses on evaluating neutropenia and antimicrobial prophylaxis in patients with multiple myeloma receiving bispecific T-cell engager therapy. Upon completion of her PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency, she plans to pursue specialty board certification and obtain an oncology position at an academic medical center where she can further pursue clinical, research, teaching, and precepting opportunities. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops, running, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Florida Gators!
