Overview of services

The Department of Pharmacy Administrative Services Team provides many services to members of the Department as well as serving as liaison to DUH Finance, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & the Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO). Services include:

  • Pharmacy revenue cycle management
  • Manual charge entry
  • Clinical documentation charge capture review
  • Human resource and payroll processes
  • Preparation of the annual Operational and Capital Budgets
  • Expense trending, variance, and cost accounting reporting
  • Inventory management accounting processes
  • 340B Drug Pricing Program operations and compliance management
  • Controlled substance diversion surveillance
  • Project management support as needed
