- ONC IDS has fee schedules that can be provided upon request.
- Utilization of 3rd party suppliers of standard of care drugs that could be supplied through Duke are subject to additional fees.
- Shipments to satellite pharmacies are subject to a courier fee as well as ONC IDS packaging fees. If shipments require certified shippers and/or temperature monitoring, this will incur additional fees.
- Relabeling drug is an additional fee.
- Additional trainings and services outside of ONC IDS approved policies may be subject to ad hoc charges. Examples include product sampling and additional online trainings.
