Resident Wellness Curriculum
- The Duke University Hospital Longitudinal Resident Wellness curriculum focuses on SAMHSA’s Eight Dimensions of Wellness (shown below)
- Throughout the year, in small group settings, a variety of practical topics are covered, including time management, burnout, healthy habits, financial health, and career transitions.
- In addition, the Duke Personal Assistance Service (PAS) offers individual counseling and well-being visits tailored to trainees free of cost.
