Hannah Reynolds, PharmD

PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Resident
Hannah Reynolds is originally from Cary, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Furman University and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She completed her PGY -1 at Temple University Health in Philadelphia, PA. Her practice areas of interest include addiction medicine and infectious diseases. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Reynolds serves on the Internal & Specialty Medicine Formulary Evaluation Team and Medication Reconciliation Task Force. This year, her research will evaluate phenobarbital for alcohol withdrawal in patients with liver dysfunction. In the future, Dr. Reynolds hopes to obtain board certification and practice at an institution where she can be involved in clinical and teaching opportunities. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places, and spending time outside!
