Statement:
My goal has always been to foster the growth of our residents, which I have done in a variety of ways through precepting and serving on various residency leadership groups. What I love most about this role is having the opportunity to enhance the resident experience, watching them develop clinically and professionally over the year, and creating lasting relationships through mentorship.
