Morgan Augustine, PharmD

PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident
Morgan Augustine is originally from Raleigh, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from NC State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Dr. Augustine completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UNC Health Rex. Her practice interests include cardiology and primary care, with others yet to be discovered! In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Augustine serves on the Internal & Specialty Medicine Formulary Evaluation Team. This year, her research will evaluate brand name pharmacotherapy prescribing and patient affordability after implementation of a patient assistance pharmacy technician within the Duke Cardiology department. Upon completion of her PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency, she plans to pursue specialty board certification and obtain a CPP position in one of her interest areas. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her dog, playing board games, and eating sushi!

Lindsey Gibbon, PharmD

PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident
Lindsey Gibbon is originally from Reading, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 at Duke University Hospital. Her clinical interests include primary care, solid organ transplant, and heart failure. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Gibbon serves on the Internal & Specialty Medicine Formulary Evaluation Team. This year, her research will evaluate the impact primary care population health pharmacists had on patients enrolled intro chronic care management vs patients not enrolled into chronic care management but met eligibility requirements. In the future, she hopes to obtain board certification and practice at a large academic medical center where she can further pursue clinical, research, and precepting opportunities. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys hiking, riding the peloton, trying new restaurants, and traveling!
