Amy Lam is originally from Greenwood, IN. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at University of Michigan Health. Her clinical interests include gram-negative resistance, transplant ID, and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics. Dr. Lam currently serves on the Antimicrobial Stewardship Formulary Evaluation Team at Duke University Hospital. Her research focuses on evaluating oral antibiotic transition in bone joint infections. In the future, she hopes to obtain board certification in infectious diseases and practice at an academic medical center, where she can further engage in clinical care, research, and precepting.
