Elana Chuaprasert is originally from Portland, OR. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Purdue University College of Pharmacy in 2025. Her practice interests include pediatric transplant, oncology, and critical care. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Chuaprasert serves on the Children's P&T Committee and the Pediatric Work Culture Committee at Duke University Hospital. Her research will evaluate errors associated with auto-verification of pediatric orders in the emergency department. Upon completion of her PGY2 in pediatrics, she hopes to obtain board certification and practice as a pediatric pharmacist at an academic medical center where she can pursue research, precepting, and leadership opportunities. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys playing volleyball, being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Boilermakers!
