Hannah Salamie is originally from Dover, DE. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Indianapolis and Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. To augment her residency training at DUH, she is completing a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Health-System Pharmacy Administration through the University of North Carolina. Dr. Salamie chairs the Formulary and Informatics Subcommittee, serves on the Ophthalmology Formulary Evaluation Team, and manages the Clinical Intern Program at DUH. Her research will evaluate the implementation of IV workflow technology and staff perceptions. Dr. Salamie is committed to national pharmacy leadership and serves as the Chair of the Student & Leader Engagement Workgroup for ASHP's Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident Collaborative. In the future, she hopes to attain a pharmacy leadership position aligned with her administrative interests in Cell and Gene Therapies, Oncology, and Specialty Pharmacy.
