Holly Causey Canupp serves as the Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Duke University Hospital.  She is originally from Grifton, North Carolina, completed her pre-pharmacy coursework at Campbell University, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.  She completed a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency with Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences and Kerr Health before completing a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Duke University Hospital.  She has been a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner at Duke University Hospital since 2012.  Her current ambulatory practice includes the care of patients at the Duke Outpatient Clinic managing a variety of chronic disease states, precepting students and residents, and serving on various hospital committees.
