Morgan Teeters is originally from Tellico Plains, Tennessee. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from East Tennessee State University in 2025. She completed her PGY1 acute care pharmacy residency at Duke University Hospital. Her practice interests include neurologic emergencies and preventive care. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Teeters serves on the Critical Care-Anesthesia Formulary Evaluation Team at Duke University Hospital. Her research seeks to evaluate the utilization and outcomes of weight-based versus flat-dosing strategies of 4F-PCC in treatment of intracranial hemorrhage within the emergency department. Upon completion of her PGY2 Emergency Medicine Residency, she plans to pursue specialty board certification and obtain an emergency medicine position at an academic medical center where she can further pursue clinical and teaching opportunities. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys writing, reading, trying new coffee shops, and cheering on the Tar Heels!
